2. The University College, Léonard de Vinci (Brussels, Belgium):

Founded in 1837, this university is not only of Greece but both the Balkan peninsula and the Eastern Mediterranean region. It has 9 schools and 44 departments that cover different academic fields of undergraduate and 199 postgraduate programs comprising majors like dentistry, music, nursing, social theology, and theater. The cost is US$ 800 per semester.

4. Scuola Normale Superiore (Pisa, Italy):

It is a public university that was founded by Napoleon Bonaparte in 1810. And, here is an amazing thing - there is no tuition fee. The curriculum offers two possibilities - the undergraduate course and the Ph.D. course. there are three faculties -

• Faculty of Letters and Philosophy and the Faculty of Sciences - sited in Pisa
• Faculty of Political and Social Sciences sited in Florence.

5. Free University of Berlin (Germany):

Founded in 1948, this university is a public research university in Berlin. With 2,719 administrative staff and 2,851 academic staff, this university offers 150 degree programs in all areas of study. Whether you are looking for a bachelor’s program, master’s, or doctoral degree, they have a range of programs for you.

Tuition fee - NONE! It is free but you have to pay for food and accommodation which usually comes to about US$ 770 a month.

6. Buckinghamshire New University (The United Kingdom):

Founded in 1891 as a School of Science and Art, this university now has campuses in High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Uxbridge, and Great Missenden. They give a fantastic grounding for your future career. The tuition fee is US$ 17,000 for full-time international students and the popular majors are engineering, management, law, social sciences, and sociology.

7. University of Burgundy (France):

Founded in 1722 and located between Paris and Lyon, the University of Burgundy offers 400 different degrees across all levels - Bachelors, Masters, and Ph.D.

The majority of programs are taught in France but some of the programs they offer are English-taught. Some of the programs available are Art and Design, computer science, law and legal, business, and management.

The tuition fee varies from course to course; for instance, US$ 550 for medicine and healthcare, US$ 4,377 for management, and so on.

8. Osaka University (Japan):
